Gap 1-7: 63 seconds – excellent and a major factor in winning the meet since our 6th and 7th runners “knocked” their 5th. We put 4 in front of their 4th but we put 7 in front of their 5th. It won’t be this easy at Conference or Regionals, so we must work to pack it up and move the pack closer to the senior duo of BF and WP.
